These terms cover your use of bdaychecker.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
BdayChecker ("we", "us") runs bdaychecker.com, a free website of birthday, age and date tools available to people everywhere. Questions about these terms go to contact@bdaychecker.com.
Using the tools
The tools are free for personal use and need no account. Please use the site in a normal way: do not try to break, overload or get around its security, and do not copy the site's content in bulk or by automated means.
Results are for information
We work hard to make every result correct, and each tool explains the rule it uses. Still, results are for general information only and may contain mistakes. Do not rely on them for legal, medical, financial or other official decisions. For example, retirement dates and benefit percentages are estimates: check them with the Social Security Administration or another official source.
Zodiac, numerology, lucky number and compatibility tools are for entertainment only.
The countdown embed
You may add the Birthday Countdown to your own website with the embed code the tool provides, without changing it. We may change or stop the embed at any time.
Our content
The site's text, design, graphics and code belong to BdayChecker or its licensors. You may share links to any page and quote short parts with a link back. Anything else needs our permission.
Ads and links to other websites
The site shows ads served by Google, and some pages link to other websites. We do not control those ads or websites and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will always be available, free of errors or suitable for a particular purpose.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, BdayChecker is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using, or not being able to use, the site or its results. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
